About myself
Hi, I’m Maryna, Kinesiologist, Psychologist and Mindfulness trainer 🙌🏻 from Ukraine.I’m a member of Kinesiology Federation in UK. As I’ve got an insurance in UK I’ve already started practicing here and helping people.
My qualifications are: two masters degrees in Clinical Psychology and in Management; I’ve got a NeuroEnergetic Kinesiology practitioner diploma (Australia); certified as Mindfulness instructor; certified in Educational Kinesiology, Acupuncture Osteopathy, Cranial-sacral therapy and other courses.While lived in Ukraine I had a private practice and was respected as one of the best specialists in our region. Now I’m still working with some of my Ukrainian clients online.We came to UK with my 3 children and live in Oxfordshire.
So, I’m happy to offer Kinesiology balance and Mindfulness training session for you in Wantage, Oxford, Letcombe Regis, or I can drive to your home in Oxfordshire with my table. Also, we can work online.

Kinesiology helps people to release stress which is accumulated in muscles, nervous system, fascias, internal organs etc. Moreover, it prevents psychosomatics and helps a person to cope with mental and physical difficulties.
Kinesiology could be considered as a psychology through the body, where you don’t need to speak a lot to find ways of sorting problems. Because the body never lies 💪.
It uses muscle testing to find and workout problems in your body, mind, energy condition and all systems and functions.
We release clamps and stress by acupuncture points, biological active points, exercises, special, movements, cranial therapy, some osteopathic methods, lots of old Ukrainian ways of helping person’s organism and mind, other soft methods as well as any other way that your system will ask by the muscle response.

Kinesiology session
The connection between mind and body is absolutely total. Your emotional system depends on the body condition, and your body (muscle test) can tell us much more than our conscious mind. So, sometimes you would need one hour and some exactly right acupuncture points to find a way out of situation that disturbs you. That’s why even my clients in Psychology often prefer to visit a Kinesiology balance better than a lot of psychological sessions to solve a problem.
Neuroenergetic Kinesiology is a well recognized, comprehensive, non-invasive system of healthcare that uses calming and muscle monitoring techniques to unlock and access the body’s information on stress and symptoms in order to identify and release the stresses that can cause psychosomatics, disease, physical dysfunction, emotional trauma, etc.

Kinesiology session connects you to your power and keeps your recourses strong. It releases stress, clumps and locked-up energy in your emotional system, mind and body. Human’s organism can repair and heal itself and you can cope all questions if the stress doesn’t interfere. These relate to all areas of your life such as creativity, awareness, body, sexuality, joy, sadness, money, control, and many more. Kinesiology enables to access the information contained within the body and use that information to correct any imbalances.
For the entire process client will be lying down on a massage table, usually face up and fully clothed. The whole session will typically last 60 minutes. During the session you will talk a bit to the practitioner about your problem and just float off in a world of your own. After the session you'll feel like relaxed, free, fully breathing, clear mind, and your whole life could improve. Probably, you’d like to fall asleep as your system goes out of the fight/flight/fear reactions.
Mindfulness
I teach and run sessions of modern evidence-based meditation Mindfulness. So, I’d like to invite you to the Awareness Practices 🧘🏼♀️group. First sessions I’m definitely going to make in person, where I could show and explain important moments. Then we can run sessions online, or, even, some people with a strong will-power could decide to go on themselves 💪🏻.
Mindfulness helps you:
- to become more aware of your mind, body and surroundings
- to be less stressed
- to respond to your thoughts and feelings objectively and adequately
- leave most of difficult or unhelpful thoughts
- be confident and love yourself and others
- to train your concentration and help attention.
These practices are able to build new neural pathways 🧠between emotional limbic part of the brain and volitional frontal cortex, so that you will better aware your thoughts, conditions, feelings, emotions and be able to understand, control and use them on your favour. Mindfulness meditations also helps in communication and being more empathic.
Mindfulness practices are strongly recommended for mental health and general health also.
So, I’m forming a group, and when there will be enough participants we’ll start practicing in Letcombe Regis or Wantage. One session is £10 per person in group 💓
